Pure electric cleaning and sweeping vehicle is a new generation of integrated pure electric cleaning vehicle integrating dongfeng new energy sanitation chassis + jacket + three electric integrated design.

●Safety protection of electric vehicle

Combined with the special working conditions of the sanitation truck, the safety protection of the system was considered, and the installation and use specifications were formulated.

●Spray hopper gun

The whole vehicle is equipped with 20 meters high pressure tube automatic coil, with self-cleaning, non-motor lane and street advertising cleaning and clear functions.

●High quality lithium battery, long working time, fast charging speed

It adopts 314.14 degree lithium iron phosphate battery with large capacity and high energy density from ningde Times, the waterproof and dustproof grade of the battery system reaches IP68. The endurance range is up to 250 km, the standard operating power consumption is as low as 40 degrees/hour, a single charge can operate 8 cases of water, meet the needs of 8 hours a day,charging speed is fast, fully charged in 2.5 hours.

●Independently developed vehicle electronic control system and HCU

HCU is independently developed and designed by Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., LTD. The core microprocessor chip adopts 32-bit Freescale processor, and the chassis control strategy integrates dongfeng's 50 years of truck manufacturing experience. Supported by the driving experience data of 100,000 customers, HCU improves the daily driving comfort of truck drivers.

Using atomizing nozzle, long life, wear resistance nozzle flow intelligent control, atomizing spray particle size 50-150
micron,spraying range is wider, can effectively suppress dust, adjust air humidity, improve air quality.

●Left and right high pressure angular spray

High pressure washing nozzle, long service life, wear resistance, strong washing force, good washing effect, suitable for highway pavement, roadside guardrail isolation belt, sidewalk washing work.

●High degree of intelligence

The vehicle electric control system, hydraulic system and gas path system adopt CAN bus control technology, with intelligent fault diagnosis function, and equipped with intelligent monitoring terminal, CAN provide vehicle operation status, real-time monitoring and intelligent services.

●Mounted power unit

Electric control of the power motor adopts the domestic famous brand Suzhou Green control motor, the maximum torque can reach 750n. m, the peak power can reach 120KW. The clutch adopts the domestic famous brand Xiamen Nanchao pneumatic, automatic three-in-one clutch.

●Hedge

The Angle and height of the hedge can be adjusted, the operation is flexible and changeable, the width of the hedge can reach more than 24m, easily meet the use of two-way 6-channel road, large and concentrated water, can effectively wash stubborn stains.

●After sprinkle the nozzle
